Avocado in a prawn cocktail. And I’m out.

It would only take 15-20 minutes to cook those ingredients in a regular stockpot. No need to pressure cook. It really doesn't save time for those ingredients.

Usually I make 16 quarts. Start by boiling and simmering pork neck bones for a couple hours. Then add roughly chopped celery, carrots, onion, garlic, cabbage, Brussel sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, turnips, potatoes, etc, whatever veggies you want. To that I add half a cup of salt for a 16 quart batch. It's nice not having to cook for several weeks. Tasty and nutrient dense. Cooking rice helps further extend the longevity of soup. Fill 1/3 of the bowl with rice and the rest with soup.
